Understand the Market Place and the Business
When McAllister Media begins working with you the first thing we do is examine your overall business. We look at market research, trends, consumer behaviour within the industry, and review your business and marketing objectives. We review your marketing strengths, weaknesses and brand positioning in the marketplace. We also analyze your competitors and their positioning.


We look at the challenges the company is facing and prioritize immediate action items to get things moving quickly. We will review your annual marketing budget, objectives and sales goals to formulate a detailed project plan including timelines and benchmarks. We are better than an in-house marketing department because we are objective, experienced and best of all understand the industry on a level that is very different than your average employee.


Review Brand Strategy
Prior to execution of marketing communications we would meet with you to go over your brand strategy to make sure we understand what you are looking for. We would also brainstorm with you to determine things we should avoid, initial ideas, how we track the success, etc. It is a great way for us to start collaborating. In order for a campaign to work it must leverage the brand strategy successfully.


Sales Strategy and Metrics
We understand how important it is to see the correlation between the marketing metrics, tactics, and sales. By understanding your goals, we can identify a growth strategy with a diverse set of metrics associated directly to every initiative. We would work with you to extract the data and would use our complex series of equations to determine the percentage of leads and conversions that will correlate to the growth in each tactical area.


Concepting and Execution
During this phase we begin thinking about how people connect with your brand. A creative brief is created and our team will concept unique ways to strategically make you more visible to your customers, differentiating you from the competition. Our ideas have a deep-rooted understanding of strategy and consumer behaviour and our objective is to create communication that is different and better than the competition in order to gain market share. We search for the creative hook that will get people to stop and notice the communication, then take action.


We concept many ideas for a strategic campaign that would be integrated through all marketing including in store branding, print, radio, online marketing, social media, email marketing, point-of-purchase, etc. as it is saturation of a message that builds brand equity. We would pitch our concepts to you so we can collaborate on establishing the best idea that will get results.

Equally important as the creative execution is the ability to track its effectiveness and meet overall objectives which will tie directly into your sales metrics. We work with you to establish appropriate tracking efforts to ensure our campaigns are getting results.
