Account Coordinator


McAllister Media is looking to hire an Account Coordinator to help with the busy operations and client management of our marketing company. Duties include: coordinating schedules and promotions to ensure client satisfaction and project completion, answering phones, booking media, organizing print production and advertising, conducting research, helping with marketing communication plans, assisting Account Executives in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and additional administrative duties as needed.

We are looking for someone who is creative, ambitious, has a positive attitude and loves working in a team environment. A Bachelors degree is preferred with 1 year of field experience.
